Whats that bandwidth monitoring program

I remmeber i used a really good program before that monitored your bandwidth and told you how much you were downloading / uploading daily / monthly.

Cant for the life of me remember what it was.

It also had the option to export your stats to Excel.

Nope i dont think so

From memory i dont remmeber there being a GUI. There was an option to view history on it and it would open up a popup box that looks very much like a spreadsheet showing total up and down for the day / month / year.
