whats the best method for h50

I'm running a 920 @ 200 x 19, but as said, my room temps are pretty high, i'll check what my mobo temp is on first boot to get an ambient reading and get back to you with my idle temps :) i'll be home in 25 mins or so hopefully i wont forget :)
 
50 degrees on my highest core which seems to have 30% load on it.

the other cores are around 38-40 degrees, better than i thought!
