Correct!

They buy land which is jsut farm land and does not have any value other than farm land. Divide it up into 70/80 small plots which look like housing plots. Give them a housing plot number and sell each one off for 80k+ When they prob only paid 20k for the entire field.

Furthermore the Council than slaps a Article 4 direction on the land and you can't even put up fencing or garden sheds without permission.

:O that's even worse than I thought! Don't people go to jail for this kind of stuff?
 
Oh dear- it seems the first 4 options for land for sale are all sold out :rolleyes:

Good job they still have some left for the last one on the list ;)

I mean, after all, if the other sold out, it MUST be a bargain eh? :D

And the company (not mentioned anywhere but by number), Ultraclass Ltd seems to have a sole director who has a string of other land purchasing businesses - some in liquidation with 5 figure CCJ's.

I don't see why they should go to jail. As far as I can tell it's just a company making a profit from silly people. Not illegal in my books. As long as they don't actually explicitly lie to people I don't really see a problem.
