Hi Virdi,

It looks like the firmware on the drives is different. Everything else is the same, the speed, the size, the cache and the make.

Is there a price difference?

very slight difference:

(£106.91) - (WD740HLFS)

(£105.74) - (WD740BLFS)

The BLFS is the 2.5" version without the heatsink, the HLFS is the 3.5" version with the SATA ports in the right place and for completeness the GLFS is the original one with the connectors in the wrong place.
