Had a Cayenne yesterday whole, it was quite a difficult job but definitely doable.
Was curious about having a Birds Eye next and seeing what that was like, though I'm rather concerned about eating a Scotch Bonnet in one: I've had it in food and I think that was enough. But has anyone gone the distance on that or something more?
