I've read a few posts on this and other forums when people are having issues with this card saying "Oh, sounds like the typical 7900GT issue".
I'm curious as i'm trying to decide between this and the X1800XT (sorry if this starts a war). I've run the 6800GT for 8 months with no issues and before that had a 9800pro with no issues so i'm not a "fan" of either card.
Price for either is only £10 difference so that's not really the issue. I'm not fussy about 3D mark scores or if one get's 3FPS more in a game then the other. All i want is high quality graphics at 1600 * 1200 (as that's the native res of my monitor) and stability
