What's the oldest component in your rig?

My Sony DVD reader and my Samsung 300GB HDD (only a few months older than everything else). And my 19" TFT which is now 2 years old.

Nearly a year old :eek:

My oldest would be the case, a Globalwin 802 (must be a good 6+years old now), keeps everything cool so no reason in replacing it, unless motherboard manufacturers change from ATX.
2nd would be the Hercules game theater xp sound card (bought when they just came out) thats still going strong!

My Geforce Ti4200, its atleast 5 years old and runs some games ok, but most like a dog. Plays Rome Total War just fine, but C&C 3 on low settings.

Technically its the case (although that isn't "in" my rig), a CoolerMaster ATCS-201SXK from around 2002. The cathodes and fans are the same age.

Other than that, everything is 2007 vintage :cool:

My oldest component is my Pioneer 109 DVD writer, as the rest is all under a year old.

Hard Drive and Floppy drive - about 4 years old. It's still the same case as well actually

not sure if it counts, but the mouse on my pc is from around 2001 or 2002 i think, still works like its brand new

the text is worn off it because of how old it is.
