whats the policy for rma postage costs

hi , wondering if anyone know the policy on returning faulty goods for rma, ive just stumped up £12.50 to return a fauty keyboard, will i get this postage costs back ?

its from ocuk, came thursday, plugged it in and about ten or so keys refuse to work, same with the drivers installed, tested on two different pc's to check with the exact same result

its not the fact weather they replace the product or not, its weather they will pay these postage cost(that i have paid) to return a faulty item to them

it was the best option the post office offered, i did ask, unfortunatly i had no choice, bear in mind it was a two foot long box and it weighed quite a amount
