My 4650 died, and it needs to be replaced, im looking for something that is the same performance wise. Would prefer a card that doesn't require a PSU connection

I dont want anything too power hungry, and i only play eve online and some other games on my pc, xbox handles anything mainstream, budget is around £80 but if its cheaper thats ok by me
Are you sure this doesnt need a 6pin connector?
Regardless, this will certainly smash a 4650's performance

Actually it looks like the 6770 requires a 6-pin.
