Whats The Stock Vcore voltage for an i3 CPU

Can anyone tell me what the stock voltage is for this processor ? is it 1.2v ?

Ive got it running at 1.3v atm but its over clocked to 4.2ghz

thanks its says 0.6500V-1.4000V so anything within them ranges will be safe ?
