T-Mobile 0845 4125000 01707 315000 Customer Services Director; Fax: 01707 311675
theres a whole bunch of numbers some are local like 0208 may or may not work
They all take 20 minutes to get answered so take your pick.
i thought 150 from any tmobile phone charged you 10p/min as per flext rules? So flext mins are used up whilst waiting in the queue and talking to the CS operator.
Am I charged for calling Customer Services from my handset?
No, you will not pay for the customer service call if you have dialled 150 from your handset.
I dialled 150 from my handset last week and got through without any waiting, although it might have just been good timing.
i don't believe you.
Its either a lie or a miracle.
i dialed 150 from my phone 2 days ago and got connected straingh away as well, belive me or not, but was warned that waiting might take up to 20 minutes,
thats 2 miracles in one week
im a CSA for T-Mobile, Calls to CS from your handset arent charged on Flext or Relax and dont use any allowance,
on certain Online plans such as FreeTime Max or plans with the online discount (Self Serve) calls are charged at 50p/min (Max £5 per call), but only one those select few plans.
The 2 quickest ways through the automated system are:
1 - through the lost&stolen path, Dial 150- Press 4 - Press 1 - Press 0 , though this does show on our system as a lost and stolen call, so be warned.
2 - doing nothing at all. once u hear the choices dont press anything, they will then be repeated twice more then youll be automatically transfered through to CS.
though neather of these affect hold time im afraid,
I wonder, does anything like hammering *#*#*# do anything i heard on some systems it puts you through straight away! Anyone got that website on how to get through automatic phones quicker?
Tis what we do at the work at The Link.
Just press 9, works a charm
