What's this sketch?

I just got reminded of a very funny sketch, with a guy on rollerblades, like Mr Bean, or Basil Faulty (John Clease), where their legs are flailing everywhere.

I can only remember very vague details, apart from how funny it was

I think it was in an office environment, or indoors at least I think. I think the guy was wearing a suit.

It really was very funny, and I'd like to watch it again

Ministry of Funny Walks? Doesn't have Roller Blades but it does fill the other criteria. It's by Monty Python and is performed by John Cleese.

lol, I've seen that before, hilarious stuff, but not what I'm on about.

This guy was definitely out of control, clinging onto stuff round the room for dear life.

I'm sure he was trying to speak to someone as well, and would randomly just flail his legs then regain total control, then slip somewhere again lol.
