Whats Up With My Seagate??

After transfering my PC to an Antec P180 case, my Seagate 250gb SATA stopped working. After a few checks in the bios i downloaded the Seagate diagnostic tools which dectects it as a "BIOS Drive (81 hex) 250 Gbytes"

It tried booting in safemode, it loads so far and just hangs.

It refuses to boot with a 2nd drive as the master and there seems to be nothing i can do with it.

Any suggestions?

Is the SATA controller turned on in the bios?
 
I asked a neighbour to have a look at it and he concluded that the drive may be faulty. makes a few repetative clicks then the system hangs. No SMART errors no nothing.

Looks like this one is going back.
