Genuine question, the fillthy jerb stealing immigrant just doesn't get it.

Everything in Yorkshire is better. Everything no from Yorkshire is crap.

I suspect this is just some "bants" or something, but is this founded in anything? I see that Yorkshire invented reflective cateyes, so there's that I guess. Yorkshire pudding? Tea?

I dunno. Every time I speak to a Yorkshireman* I have to hear about how amazeballs the place is. I might have to venture there sometime.

I'm from Yorkshire, now living in Notts, people are more friendly and chat with you in Yorkshire in my experience. Bradford's the best place in the country for a curry too.
 
Friendly place, some of the yokels are a bit stubborn at time, yeah there is some baseless delusion that it is somehow better than anywhere else.

That's true... and the some of the best police forces for covering it up/ignoring it.

Also hold the UK record for incompetent handling of crowd control at football stadiums... South Yorkshire Plod is "best" at that.

See they're the "best" at everything... including being literally terrible at some things.

That seems a bit off... I get that in general circumstances that is probably good advice but in an attack where someone is being kicked in the head etc.. then that is rather short sighted and surely some moral courage can be allowed for.

I reckon that Yorkshire council must be up there as one of the best for 'elf and safety.

Harrogate house prices are up there with property in London as well, which isn't bad considering there's no where to actually work near by short of commuting into Leeds. Yorkshire is massive, there's a lot of fantastic places and a lot of dives just like every where else. Generally people are down to Earth and friendly though, I can walk the streets alone at 3am and not worry about being stabbed or mugged should I so wish.
