Just lately my PC always seems to hav a 'capi worker module has suffered an error' message flash up on booting, and everything seems slow to start and particularly to shut down (ipopup error messages etc when shutting down and it can take 3/4 mins from clicking shut down before it turns off) I also notice on booting my pC when it lists the hard drives (2 x 160 in raid formation) when it lists port 0 it says the HDD is working, but the second HDD on port 2 says error ocurred next to it in red. I dont seem to be missing any files etc though? Also my internet connection keeps dropping, but i think thats my router as it does the same on my 360 when my pc is switched off - any ideas?
I got the PC 20 odd months ago from dell so should i call them or is it something that could be easily fixed maybe by re-formatting my drive?

Run a HD utility to check for bad sectors, possibly second HD is on its way out
when you switch off does it sound like your HD are working over time?

Make sure you back up all your data as it is a possibility that the RAID may fail
due to the second drive if there is a problem with it. But it does sound like it's on it way out. Run the software that Duke has posted. when was the last time you de-fraged the thing.
If you intend to format then I recommend you go into the raid settings and rebuild the raid if there is a problem with the second disk the raid facility will tell you.
And yes a replacement HDD will be needed I doubt you will be able to get a new
160 which is the same model that you are using now as you know to run raid you need the 2 drives to be identical in every way that's the best option.
Also there should be a test program at the dell web site.
try this http://support.euro.dell.com/support/topics/topic.aspx/emea/shared/support/root/en/product_support_central?~ck=ln&c=uk&l=en&lnki=0&s=gen

Hope it helps and good luck
