I have just moved in the last couple of weeks and ever since i have been in the new place my router has been playing up. Whenever we try and connect the laptop or PC to it, it either cannot see the wireless network or will connect to it with limted or no connectivity - can't aquire network address.
When we connect via the ethernet cable the internet will drop out (i think this is a completely different issue as we have had problems with our phone line). But sure if there is a fault in the phone line we still should be able to connect to the router?
I'm using the BT Home Hub router. Can anyone give me a list of things that I should check, before I resort to calling the BT helpline.
