Lots i mean lots of Films for my HTPC setup?

Nothing, apart from a lack of storage if you are storing a lot of films at 4-6Gb a pop, uless they're 700mb AVIs, which are just pooh on a decent TV

little bit bigger than that, considering ive got s samsung LE4086bd 1080p LCD
but at the moment i think storage is the least of my problems!

Your setup looks pretty good, I would deffo switch the PSU with a better one. That's a nice case, I'm not too hot on it's specs but I think you've near maxed it out with the hard disks should you need to add one (in the future) that might be a problem, you can use a 5.25" if you've one spare.

You have over a TB which is pretty good, you would fit a lot of DivX/XviD, x264 or even HiDef movies.

As for the software that's down to you, I'm not the biggest fan on Vista MCE.

PSU will probably be fine for that setup it's not like it's an uber gaming rig with dual graphics etc etc and most of the time it won't be being pushed that hard at all playing movies and music. Don't forget some sort of external/seperate backup it could all end in tears otherwise!
