it takes a bit to move hardcOre m8,plus yes sounds like a hurrican here to m8,but doesnt bother me

pftt, i just put a blob on and spread this with a credit card. is this proven to reduce temps?

thats the way i did it m8,all seems fine now,might try and clock it a bit more now

Carefully spread with cc is no problem, its when the spread isn't uniform and leaves little humps and hallows which will cause air pockets when the 2 surfaces make contact, whereas the line and blob are continuous no chance of air pockets. The only tim I would spread is Shin-Etsu MicroSi it requires spreading because of its consistency.

resat my 6600 under the tt with a single line, as shown above, and ive shaved a few degrese off my oc, fractionally lower now, idleing around 36
