Whats wrong with newnet seems they gone out for the month/s

Ive been ringing nearly every day of this month and yet to get a bloody answer from them!

ring support says press 0 then thats it nothing then says thanks for your message goodbye. then I ring sales line keeps ringing until im cut off.

Im very mad with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup but no reply been about 2 weeks now since emailed them.

damn disgrace this is. and all the reviews people were giving it, allthough the broadband side of its fines its there crumby support.
