Whats wrong?

My download PC is running very slow, opening apps takes a while and general stuttering I looked every component and it seem to be the HDD here is a HD Tune result, what can be wrong with it? Possibly dying? Its error free etc.

Nope Sata here is my storage drive on the same machine, what I find strange is they are named as scsi drives? Is this right?

yep

and that top pick is the drive with the OS on it yheah

it seems to be very "busy" hence the drops

have you done a full virus / spyware scan?
