• the Mario theme cuz I've just downloaded the sheet music to learn on the old joanna :)

• Snake Eater from MGS3 (often just start singing it despite not having played it for years)

• Zelda

• Most of the Final Fantasy stuff...
 
On my phone I have the 1UP sound from Mario Bros. games for my message tone, and various SNES tunes as ring tones. I love it!
 
was gonna say snake eater but someone already has!

i also quite like the dmc4 music that kicks in when you start fighting
 
Actraiser (Forest - SNES)
Rock 'n Roll racing (All of it - SNES)
Streets of Rage (Title tune and Level 8, Mega Drive)
Shadow Dancer (Statue of liberty level, Mega Drive)

If we were doing computers, I could go on for a very long time about C64 and Amiga music.

[EDIT] Balls, appears this was a thread revival and i've already said that, ooooh, and the end theme to Sonic 3+Knuckles... damn i have good taste.

F zero X!! Pure shred. I actually cant remember what the music was like to this, but at the time im sure i loved it...
