Whats your longest gaming session?

Around 20 hours on GTA3. I didn't even do any missions I was just driving around the first island. Didn't get the same level of excitement with VC and SA unfortunately.
 
City Of Heroes - 28 Hours straight.


My char level 10 - 35 of constant powerlevelling with my RL mates

11 hours completing moto racer on a 486 dx2 66 lol.

parents had gone to ireland, for the weekend so set the pc up downstairs. Few beers, microwave on the table near pc, and food.

Only took toilet breaks.

Is it just me or what, but now im 28 and find it hard to find a game that holds my attention for a really long time, or perhaps its the missus whining. hmmmm lol.

Have put in some 6-7 hour sessions into wow, but thats easy to lose track of time when grinding lol.
 
10hrs playing a 3rd part singleplayer mission in Total Annihilation; forget the name (something beginning with A), but it started off with like 20 krogoths attacking you; i.e. rock solid! :eek:
 
I also did the three day stint think with FFVII...them was the dayz :P

I've done two day runs (without sleep) in Asheron's Call in the past but these days I'm sworn off MMORPGs (and not single) so that's a thing of the past. Obviously lan parties are rather long (if they count?) and one of the longest games I can remember recently was a 3.5 hour game of Savage - when they normally take 30 mins.
 
A whole 45 hours at a friends lan party :D Back in the ET / Battlefield / Heagemonia / Starcraft .. era well just playing any game we could get our hands on untill we were that tired :D

Now , weekdays get about 6 hours in mon-fri , Weekends / Sunday get home about 8:30 from dropping off the wife from work , then thats it till about 9pm probs a quick 5min for a quick pish :E and a drink (14 hours :E)

Longest game ive played was with Company of Heroes which lasted over 2 hours

Supreme Commander beat that 2 weeks ago with over 4 hours
 
Ex-WoW addict here.

Last year just after release I spent about 2 months racking up 24-36 hour levelling sessions one after the other, with 9-12 hour sleep gaps.

I still don't know how I managed to pay rent and eat during that time, as I had no job.

Not my finest hour. :o
 
Hmmmm.

I would have to say Civ / Civ II.

I can think of countless weekends and nights, and well days too lost to that since I played the original on some old crud mac.

I have seen me easy 36 hours out of 48 on the PC playing..

Lost many weekends and nights to CS/CSS as well, its all a fuzz I can't single out times.

But yeah, same as everyone else... :eek: :p
 
14 hours on Everquest during an exp. grind feast in Chardok.

Won a Golem Tear Ring which was hot stuff for me at the time.

Worse thing about it was getting up early the next day. Shaky, bloodshot eyes, and feeling ill after eating breakfast.
 
think my longest session was about 17 hours 3 days in a row, playing everquest 1 =/, think this was back in 2001 or something, gotta get level 60!

now days I think 2 hours is the most I can go untill I need a break.
 
a good few years ago, was a bank holiday weekend, two of us started Dark Age of Camelot around 7pm friday night and played through to Monday morning around 2am, only stopping for pee brakes and to answer the door for delivery service :D

Then slept all of monday and back to work tuesday...

Only things ive done more recently is lans, 24hrs+

and the most recent was the guildwars nightfalls trial weekend, two of us, 7hrs straight.
 
when i got FFVIII on a friday afternoon after school once, i didnt come off until sunday morning and that was only because i had to go out :(

im never doing that again, my legs were in pain :(
