On the rare occasion I drink these days it's usually a nice pint of Guinness preferably poured a little while ago so it's had a chance to go from ice cold to warm enough to taste.

I rarely drink alcohol, but I lean towards cocktails and lager. I do have a reserved space in my heart for some proper good vodka or tequila.

Spirits...I do like a chilled gin and tonic with a slice of lemon, boring but nice.

On the beer/cider side, varied. Straight cider, flavoured cider, Guinness, dark ale, pale ale... don't drink lager anymore.
