X2 6000 - £135 (new on special offer )
2GB Geil ddr2 800 - £66 (last weeks this week only)
XFX 7900GS (600/1600) £115 ( new)

9688/316 = 30.65

edit will update when i get my zalman gpu cooler but my 7900gs has topped out at 620/1800 :cool:

I know it's only just a bit of fun, but people are gonna get kinda 'punished' for having more RAM, since 3dmark05 doesn't really need more than 512meg. So you could have two people with identical systems/prices, except one has 512meg RAM (cost say £50) another has 1gig RAM (cost say £100). We all know which of those will give the better gaming performance!

640 / 800 (1600) at the minute, going to volt mod it when i get my new psu though. And the mem will go higher, its just that coolbits wont allow higher than 800

The CPU is at 2.8, and the ram running 2-2-2-5
