A pitiful 3% here. Was expecting 5-7% which is inline with other private sector rises.

Meanwhile the company is doing fantastic and all those at the top will probably have 30% payrises

Company should have done a pay rise by now I reckon, so I've been asking what's going on - but they can't tell me the process never mind the amount.

I'm the sort who'll leave if I don't get an inflation pay rise, I'm not taking pay cuts when I don't have to.

Had a small increase at the start of the year, doesn't look like we are getting any other increase any time soon - it usually averages about 3% for me.

3%
Though this year we're getting quarterly "cost of living bonuses" to help us out.

I'd prefer the pay rise... things aren't going to suddenly get cheaper and inflation isn't going to undo itself.

It's BS, but will see what happens next year.

I'm not sure yet, there were rumours of one a few months ago, but then there was just a small round of redundancies. We had a briefing the other day and our MD admitted that he'd got a bit too excited and tried to expand the business too quickly. So in other words, I don't think we're going to see anything.

However, I had a massive increase last year (30%) without changing roles, so I can't complain too much.

I had a package which was made up to about 10% this year.

Had a payrise

then 4 x one off payments

and a bonus

The tax man also tore me a new hole

I am thankful that im working for a company that seems to do alright in these climates.
If your employer gives you the option the it's more efficient to push the bonus directly into your pension (0% tax).

Also if you are lucky enough to go above £100k salary then ramp up your voluntary pension contributions for the same reason.

Possibly but I didn't really want it to go in my pension as it would be no good to me now
