Mine:
Monday: Run 5-6km
Tuesday: Circuit Training
Weds: Squash
Thurs: Circuit Training
Friday: get drunk
Saturday: nothing
Sunday: Usually nothing, sometimes weights.
trying to build up the running to 10km, don't really have a target for the rest, just build it as much as I can...
