Bit of a puzzler, my wife and her mother upgraded at the same time (same account, EE) and neither of their whatsapp apps will download media/images on cellular data.
Wife is on iPhone 6 and mother in law on Galaxy Edge something or other.
Mobile data works as in browsing, streaming music etc. On the Android I've deleted the APN settings and added new recommended settings... we've done all the whatsapp and EE suggestions AND the wife had her iPhone swapped by Apple but this still persists.
Anyone have any ideas? Could this be blocked at the account level? EE support are as much help as a chocolate tea pot
