According the bluescreen viewer its been caused by HAL.Dll file . I think

My comp is windows 10 64 bit

"Titan Typhoon" Intel Core i7 5930K @ 3.8GHz OC Six Core Haswell-E Nvidia SLI Gaming PC

that was the system name . The image is of the bluescreenview

If you run a program like HWMonitor or HWiNFO64, it'll tell you what speed your CPU is running at. When did it start bluescreening? I did have a spate of BSODs (bluescreens) caused by a Windows update though.

From what I recall, that BSOD is caused by a voltage issue. Sounds a little random, but what PSU do you have. If there's something iffy with the PSU it could cause BSODs.

Okay i checked cpu is at its max speed of 3500mhz so its not overclocked . On that note i just ran SFC /scannow and it found some corrput windows files and fixed them. Hopefully that fixes the issue

That Windows error is CPU/RAM and yes usually is due to a not-quite-stable overclock but if you're not overclocked it could be faulty RAM

Hal.dll is usually due to a faulty boot manager. Have you had other boot manager software installed, previous windows installation or linux? Have you upgraded, added a hard disk or used dual booting at any time?

You could try bootrec /FixMBR

I would also suggest backing up your data and going for a fresh install of windows. Use a linux live disk to gain access to the files or a Bart PE rescue disk (CDRom) if you cannot boot into safe mode (F8).
