Looks like it's time for a fresh install... Since your changing chipset that would be the best course of action if you want to avoid these little annoying conflicts and errors....

I just did a fresh install of windows and as i was installing the gpu drivers i got whea uncorrectable error again? ive done memtest. what should i do?

So it was fine with fresh Windows until you went for the catalyst drivers? Try a different version of the driver perhaps?

Edit: as a side note, when upgrading the main system (i.e. Mobo and cpu) always do a full reinstall.

Figured out what it was the psu could keep up with the gpu so i have bought a expensive (but very good) superflower 850 watt gold psu until it comes im using a gtx 610 nvidia lol i miss my amd gpu thanks for trying to help guys.
