When does BRAS go UP?

Is it still 3 days before an upwards change in your BRAS profile, and does it happen regardless of whether you're in the initial 10 days? Had a scan through the FAQ but didn't find anything.

Yes. Forget the 10 days though, it's a red herring.

Cheers, I had my suspicions the 10 days was just to stop people ringing up

On a side note, can you change the title to 'When does BRAS go UP?' please, that way it makes sense and I don't look such an illiterate fool
