When does the new tech arrive

OK. i have money, and its burning a hole. i usually upgrade my system on a yearly basis, and atm am running with
12gb corsair xms3 1600mhz
i7 950
40gb solid state
2x 1tb HDD's in RAID0
ATI 6870
and a gagabyte x58a-ud3r
850W cooler master psu

I run 2x 1080p monitors, and play most of the latest titles, but seem to be playing rift a lot lately.

even when playing rift the system isnt running as fast as i like.

the more i look at the store website, the more im wanting to upgrade now, so what do i do? wait it out? when are the new product lines released? or should i upgrade now, seeing as, really, i am only looking to upgrade ram cpu gfx mobo

so you guys would advise me to wait? should i buy another 6870 in the meantime to boost gaming performance?

i have no idea where to start with overclocking, yeah it is at stock
