Is pointless to release a bigger Polaris, when Vega is around the corner in H1 2017.
Remember that Vega will most likely be more expensive than a 1080 - it's rumoured to have 16GB of HBM2 VRAM - that stuff doesn't come cheap! (look at the launch price of the FuryX with only 4GB HBM1.....).
I'm still going to get one, if performance/TDP/Noise etc are all good, though it's not going to be the saving grace of AMD that everyone expects it to be.
