when using dual screens...

those of you amungst us here who use dual screens from time to time will be able to relate, lol

Sometimes ill play BF2 or Need for speed carbon on my 26" HD Samsung TV linked up a second monitor of course, however if i click back to my mian 19" every day tft screen, it will minimize the game :mad:

is there any sort of setting that can stop this, like just keep it on screen as opposed to disappear completely?

Surely theres some setting ive missed somewhere. Usuing a x1800xt with basic drivers if this helps...

I'm running two monitors on an X1800XT and when I'm playing (full-screen) games on one screen I'm limited to using the mouse on that screen. I can still see stuff on the other - Trillian, Thunderbird, etc. but can't move over to it like I would normally ... Is this the kind of behaviour you're looking for? Or are you looking to actually use the other screen while in the game without the game minimising?

With BF2, you can scroll over when you're in the menus. I don't know how to stop it minimising and keep the sound playing though. If you find out, let me know

yeh, i can drag my mouse accross but as soon as i click, it minimises, just a tad annoying as my desktops fairley bright, lol

Play in a window, if you can bear it.
