, I'm currently backing stuff up but I've got a load of e mail addresses that I want to back up, last time I done this I copied & pasted them onto a spreadsheet then re entered them back into outlooks address book, which seemed very long winded, as the title says where are the addresses stored, I'd like to back up the folder there stored in then just copy the folder back after the format.
