Having to have a look at a mates 1999 Punto. Where is it best to jack it from using a trolley jack? Need to lift up probably the rear, then after lift up the front.
i assume it'd have the same kind of setup as my car, with rear trailing arms. lifting it on the bottom of the damper where it joins the arm should be fine. or you could lift it on the main beam that goes accross the top that both arms are bolted too (and the top of the damper)
and with the fronts, again, lift it on the wishbone
My Ford Escort has two jacking points on the sills - they're each around 5cm away from the wheels and some indents on your sills will identify where these points are.
