Where can I buy a duct?

I have a 90mm side fan and I wish to hook it up to a duct which leads to colder air out of my window.

Where can I buy a duct or does anyone know how I could make one?

I'm looking for something like this

How about the ones for tumble dryers? Im pretty certain B&Q would have something you can use/modify. Just remember to keep mice and flies out (Unless its a delta, then just feed them to it :D ).
 
In the olden days, cardboard was your friend, and it still should be :)

just get some old card, say from an empty cereal packet, shape it into a duct, use some strong tape (duct tape) and you're sorted, I remember making a custom plenum chamber (shroud) for my radiator several years ago from a shoebox :D
