Definitely chalk it up to experience and if you've wised up like you say you have you may have gained some valuable character too. Too bad your house 'mates' would have done the dirty on you, that's low. I still can't understand the mentality, but at uni age i was incredibly reckless with money (see my post in the debt thread) so I can't really say too much.

Bunch of ***** they are, mate. As you said, if they're ganging up against you to get the contract signer to just sign off on it then there's stuff all you can do.
