Where do I find these drivers?

Moring guys.

I want to install Windows Xp Pro x64 on my system. However, the SATA drivers I loaded onto the disk so that Windows would see my SATA drive, isn't X64 supported.

So where can I get it from then? I have an nForce 3 board. Shuttle system

Are you installing a RAID setup? If not I was under the impression you don't need SATA drivers, you certainly don't for XP 32Bit.

Yes I am. I've always need the SATA drivers, otherswise Windows Setup doesn't see the HDD and says it can't continue as there are no hard drives installed on the system. I used my 32 bit SATA driver on a Windows p cd. it said the driver wasn't 64 bit so could not carry on.

I have a nForce 3 system. Shuttle SNG85 and a 160Gb SATA drive.

Well here is the download page for what I think is your PC, it does have a download for a Raid driver disk but makes no mention of if it contains XP64 drivers. Unless someone else has created their own hacked version I suspect you are out of luck although it is probably worth trying the download and giving it a shot anyway, I have had to install what are labelled as Raid drivers before to get a single SATA drive working with a Promise controller.

So, if there's no driver how do I get Xp x64 on the disk?

Ok then, if Shuttle won't support their own products properly you could always try Nvidia as their generic drivers ought to work, the package is about 35mb though.

I've got those drivers, however, I need to have them on a cd to boo...

Oh wait..that's an idea..if I open the drivers and just load the SATA ones, should be ok?
On to the cd I mean and then boot it?

I see no reason why it wouldn't work if you are using nLite or similar to slimstream them on however I haven't tried so can't say with any certainty. Other than that I'd suggest connecting up a floppy disk drive if you have one for a short period and putting the drivers onto it.
