Your PC won't boot if you take it unless you have on-board graphics (unlikely if your mate built it though).

I recommend you phone Citizens advice bureau mate. If you're liable for a refund or whatever, they should let you know.

Replied to your other thread btw.

For god's sake :D you've been using it for two months! If you are not "computer savvy" then maybe the sensible thing would have been to get your computer savvy mate to check the components on the invoice before opening them all and building the PC.

I'm struggling with you asking "would my PC work without my graphics card."

In your next breath your talking about GPUz? Would someone who doesn't know whether a PC will "work" without a graphics card have even heard of GPUz?

Smells a bit fishy to me :D

Asking for a refund now, after two whole months of use is completely unreasonable in my opinion and most people would check an order when delivered.

OcUK are a business, not a hire company and cannot reasonable be expected to take what is now second hand goods back for a full refund, when every opportunity to rectify the mistake would have been forthcoming if you'd checked your package properly on delivery.

Tough luck this time mate :D

There is a caselaw that states by accepting it even not knowing it was the wrong item, after a reasonable time it is deem acceptance. 2 Months is perfectly reasonable in anyone's eyes.

I think you should just put this down to experience and not worry about it tbh. 2 months is a long time not to notice and i don't expect 2month will be "in a reasonable time period".

Also, you could probably OC the pro to get it near XT speeds.
