I'm sick of buying tshirts and having them shrink.
I'm aware there is such a thing as pre-shrunk tshirts, but I'm struggling to find them.
So tell me where you get them from :)

how do you know which are high enough quality not to shrink?
You don't unfortunately, I'd suggest looking up reviews etc and trying a few. Try Uniqlo (these have shrunk for me in the past), Arket, Asket, all the way to Sunspel if you want to test them out. The heavier weight shirts seem to shrink less from my experience too.

If only there was some sort of label which matches with settings on a washing machine to tell you how you should wash them. Call me a dreamer but one day such an invention needs to be made.

Don't tumble dry. Even at low heat I found my clothes would shrink regardless of where I purchased them. The only time I would tumble dry now is if the clothing is almost dry.

Anything new I always wash at 30 degrees even if the label says 40

Do you reshape it whilst damp?

yep

ok I guess the consensus is don't tumble dry
does this mean my existing clothes will recover if I stop tumble drying them, or I have to buy new and never tumble dry it?

doubt it but wearing it will stretch it and then just don’t tumble dry.

Try it and see.

just thinking about the logistics of hanging washing, I have dust mite allergy so I do quite a bit of washing, every week:
1. bedding
2. towels
3. towels
4. colors (I don't own whites)
and thinking about how often it rains, there are gonna be weeks where it's not possible to hang outside.
I've had problems with mould before so I'm wary of hanging inside.
Any tips/tricks?

radiator.

we just put our stuff on a indoor clothes airer and we also have the little ones that hook onto radiators too.
