Where do you buy (pre-shrunk) t-shirts?

I don't think i've ever had a t-shirt shrink.
I do wash at 30 and never tumble dry, though.

Have bought just Hanes/beefy for past years, they shrink a bit despite 30C/line-dry so just have to buy one size up.

Brand matters !, only Magnolia said what he buys ?

Although I have a clothes line, it is never used. I use a box room upstairs as a laundry space with indoor clothes horse with a dehumidifier, with laundry setting, which runs for 4 hours after each wash.

If only there was some sort of label which matches with settings on a washing machine to tell you how you should wash them. Call me a dreamer but one day such an invention needs to be made.

Air dry, pull into shape and iron tees if they are too tight after washing.
