Where do you upload your photos to?

are there any behind the scenes facilities that allow you to upload say a DNG?

do you step down to a reasonable web-size for each and every photo or is there a quicker way? maybe you batch process them in photoshop?

(also out of interest, can you store a full-res version on flikr should you so wish?)

As my_computer has suggested they resize for you, and you are given direct URLS to each size as well which is REALLY useful
