Fractal design as mentioned or typically the more budget end of many case brands. I'd say fractal is one of the few that does nice internals in a minimalist case though.

Antec have these

FLUX SE, no glass - solid side panel and no RGB blingy bling. Vented top.

P7S - first stock lands in Europe next month. This is a vented top panel.

We also have the P10C case. Solid top panel.
