Then that is proof enough, this is the first time it has been said and is therefore not from anything.

Carzy has manufactured that particular saying, or at least the "all", which is the key problem.

Maybe...it's just in my head, and I want to know why....it's probably from Max Payne, and I just added some extras, but it sounds so right in my head, I swear it must be from something!
 
Is it the bit in Terminator 2 when the nuke goes off

or in Aliens when Ripley is found 57 years later

I havent looked it up but im sure that the line is in one of the above

Well it's definitley not Terminator 2. The closest bit in Termintor 2 is the following:

You think you're alive and safe, but you're
