I've been scrolling through the show and trying to match it up with the coastline around Pentire.
It is called Pentire Castle but Google Earth doesn't know it either.

I was near there last year on holiday. We rented a cottage in Port Quin, a couple of miles west of Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed. The cottage was at the bottom of the hill that mini castle sits on. Spectacular views up there, but I wont take a pushchair next time!
