If you have a lot of lock on yer gonna get a slapper .. If you just have abit on normally just a chirp from the tyre and a shake of the head . The tuono really likes to shake its head especially above 140ish but the damper keeps it under control but i aint pushed it much further than that .
The sv dont really power wheely and you would be quite safe to do W.O.T in second with no issues and even in first with some clutch slip .
Also if you do get a slapper ...dont tense up and grip the bars ...will only make it worse and you will be visiting A&E or yer nearest hedge . Back the throttle gentle off trail the back brake and and dont fight the bars...most times this will allow you to ride through a slapper ... Not always but most .

but yea the SV aint got enough power to send you into a voilent tank slapper like an inline would if your on the limit, but if you turn the steering on the lock when you come down expect to end up in the hedge
