where to install

hi, when im installing a game do i need to install to c: drive or can i put to my 2nd hard drive?
i was looking at installed programs and jsut 2 games have taken 6gb in my hdd.
wouldnt this be better in my bigger 500gb hdd than my C: drive which is 74gb raptor.

i was thinking that as when a game is played it starts from cd, ok as ive jsut started the game AGAIN !! after going across to vista i will reinstall in another harddrive.

If you're not running out of space on it, I'd install games onto the raptor just for the speed. I tend not to keep too many games installed at the same time though so this may not work for you.

If a game or prgram has files which need to go onto the Windows drive, it'll put them there of it's own accord.

In 13 years of using computers, i've never had any trouble installing anything on a non-Windows drive!

im just installing one of the free games i got with my grpahics card tombraider aniversary onto my bigger harddrive, i made a folder named it games and selected that at install, shall see *** happens!!
the game i play most is crysis so i will probably leave that on the raptor for speed as said above.

it'll be fine, all my games go on my second hard drive and not on my boot disk, just put guitar heroes on it as well, loving it!
