Where to preorder windows 7?

is it worth pre ordering windows 7? I saw it quite cheap on ******* but im not sure if windows 7 ultimate covers both 32 and 64 bit does anyone know?

Home Premium is £65.99 here, that's all you need. Retail comes with 32bit and 64bit media.
