Where to put extra fan in this case for bit of extra cooling, the cpu will be air called by a evo 212, the case is a corsair 200R, already has 2 fans in it when i bought it, i have room at top for 2x140 and room for 1x140 at bottom, also whats a good fan to put in case, cheers

I had thi case long time ago, but I still remember than putting a 140 in the bottom was a bit tricky, if you have a nonmodular PSU or some bigger one. My PSU had 180mm and even as fully modular, I could use some 10-15 mm more. I would suggest you use a 120mm fan there. Possibly stronger one like Ek-Vardar.
You can try to force the airflow like this:

2 x 140mm intake fans on top, 1 mounted intake in front, 1 120mm exhaust in the back, 1 x 120mm exhaust in the bottom, 2 x 120mm exhaust on the left door.

You can use these fans:
Akasa Viper R 140mm (120mm fitting)

They will be strong enough to push the air around.

Why push hot air down when it naturally rises? Intake should be bottom and front. Exhaust should be rear and top of case. Get some good AF (airflow) fans and go with them.

Thx for quick reply, i have windowed version, so no place for fans, i thought i would have intake/pull at bottom, but its on the carpet, i dont see how a fan even works there tbh, would i not have exhaust/pull at the top, i only wanted to add 1 fan at top, i was told even the 2 x 120 i have in now would be enough, but i wanted to add just 1 more.

Didn't know there was a windowed version, I had this case somethign like 4 years ago.
Yeah, you can use the schematics above, but make sure to add a filters at the bottom. You don't want to suck any dust from outside.
2 intake and 3 exhaust smells like negative pressure so maybe get a stronger fan for the bottom and a bit weaker elsewhere, dunno.

You can use the pre-made at OCuk or you can make some yourself.
I have seen some of high density mesh on ebay for close to nothing.
Ofcourse you need to cut it and attach somehow to the case (but there is also a magnetic tape available).

I will look into that, but i am useing the tray at the moment, i know a extra fan can be put there thou, you reckon 4 as in the photo not be good enough ?

You cant remove that in 200r.
You would have to saw it off.
I quite lierally took my old 200r apart, to see if I can mod it into something different, so I know what you can do with it.

I would have two intakes and one exhaust, and run a positive pressure to keep the dust out. (Providing you use filters on the intakes).

As you can see in photo, i have 1 front intake, 1 rear exhaust at the moment, so you reckon just 1 more bottom intake fan to be added ? what is a positive pressure, how would i know i have that, cheers

You should look into those AF120 fans, they're meant to be optimal for unrestricted spaces such as front/rear cooling inside a case.

Not necessarily, it's just personally I think it's better where possible to have all the airflow moving in the same direction through the case otherwise you end up with turbulence and the potential for pockets of warm air. But in the real world this is pretty much unavoidable once you start installing large graphics cards etc.
