Where would a scanner subject line populate from?

Got a pretty hard question...

We have a scanner and when sending an email from it, the subject line is populated with an incorrect spelling of our company name, then some other stuff like the location and name of device in the email body.

I have checked where our citrix signatures are and there isnt one for the scanner, only different users

Anyone have any clues
 
Would it be from the scanner installation software itself? What make and model of scanner is it?

I recently reinstalled the scanner driver because it was knackered for some reason. I just ran the basic install

Its a Fujitsu Fi-4120C scanner

In the subject its just missing one letter from out company name, this stuff must be accessible somewhere
 
Dont think it will be the scanner software. I installed the driver for it brand new earlier today. The scanner doesn't have its own IP address.

I have a feeling its the scanning software (Watermark Volume) where this is setup. We use virtual printers for volume (volume and volume in colour) Could this possibly be somewhere in Volume admin settings?
